Our industrial division maintains a rigorous pre-screening process for every trade discipline we supply. Welders are certified across processes 111, 121, 131, 135, 136, 138, 141, and combination processes.

Pipefitters are assessed against the specific steel grades and piping systems of the client’s project. Mechanical technicians are evaluated on hands-on experience with the specific equipment categories they will be working on.

The industrial markets we serve, including manufacturing, construction, logistics, and heavy fabrication, each carry their own compliance frameworks, collective agreement requirements, and technical standards. In Sweden, every placement is structured under the applicable IF Metall or Byggnads collective agreement.

In Germany, engagements are compliant with AUG requirements from day one. In Norway, HSE documentation and safety induction protocols are non-negotiable prerequisites.
