QW Academy exists because the gap between a workforce and a qualified workforce is measured in certifications, not CVs. Every programme we run is built around the specific credential employers and regulators require before a professional sets foot on site.

Our welding programmes cover MIG, TIG, MMA, and flux-cored processes, with certification to ISO 9606-1 and EN 287-1 standards. Electricians train under IEC and Swedish elsäkerhet frameworks. Every graduate leaves with documentation that holds up to inspection, not just interview.

Training at QW Academy is not classroom theory disconnected from the field. Our programmes combine hands-on workshop hours with regulatory instruction mapped to real project environments. Heavy equipment operators train on excavators, wheel loaders, cranes, and telehandlers under the Swedish AMP framework and European machinery directives.
